The 15-minute Strategy Session offers you a supportive and motivating environment to explore what you want in life and how you can fulfill your needs and achieve your aspirations. I facilitate the identification of motivating values and behavior patterns to support you in making real, lasting change. By listening to your thoughts and experiences, I provide you the time and space you need to grow and develop. My role is to support you in maintaining the motivation and commitment needed to achieve your goals and make the transition from where you are now to where you want to be. The coaching relationship is confidential and non-judgemental.

Coaching takes you through a process of reflection, realization, and action, supporting you to make key decisions and turn your dreams into reality.

  • Creating awareness: Get to know yourself, find out what is important to you and how satisfied you are with all areas of your life.

  • Building confidence: Increase your self-confidence, find what motivates you and decide on your priorities and what adjustments are needed to live in line with what is important to you.

  • Taking responsibility: Choose your direction and make a commitment to change.

  • Planning action: Agree with the next steps to move you towards your goal.

  • Making the change: Get closer to being who you want to be, having what you want to have and achieving what you want to achieve.
